A maximum of one dog is permitted, weighing 35 pounds or less. An additional $100 pet fee applies per stay (due at booking). * The pickleball court is recreational and not regulation size. * Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property for safety. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas. Exterior cameras facing pool and outdoor grill. There is a Ring camera on the front door * The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay. Government-issued photo ID may be requested at check-in. *No loud music or parties allowed. Street parking is not allowed.

House Rules: Thank you for helping us keep Paradise Paddle Club safe, clean, peaceful, and enjoyable for all guests and our neighbors. 1. No Parties, Events, or Excessive Noise: Parties, events, large gatherings, and excessively loud music are not permitted. All guests must be accounted for on the reservation, and any additional guests must be approved by the host in advance. City quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. 2. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking is allowed outside only. Please dispose of all cigarette butts, ashes, and related trash before checkout. If cigarette butts are left on the property or there is evidence of indoor smoking, an extra cleaning fee may apply. 3. Pet Policy: Pre-approved dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee. Pets must be under 35 pounds, well-behaved, house-trained, and supervised at all times. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, clean up after them indoors and outdoors, and do not leave pets unattended unless crated. A dog bed and water bowl are provided for your convenience. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning. 4. Children & Infant Safety: Children and infants are welcome. Please supervise children at all times, especially near the pool, outdoor games, grill, and backyard amenities. 5. Pool & Outdoor Amenity Safety: Pool use and outdoor amenities are at guests’ own risk. No glass is permitted in or around the pool area. No diving, running, or rough play near the pool. 6. Furniture, Decorations & Messy Items: Please do not rearrange or move interior furniture. Glitter, confetti, tape, tacks, nails, wall decorations, or anything that may damage walls, furniture, floors, or surfaces are not permitted. 7. Parking: Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Please park only in designated driveway spaces. Do not park on the grass, block sidewalks, block neighboring driveways, or bring RVs, trailers, or boats without prior approval. 8. Security & Safety: Please keep all doors and windows locked when you are not on the premises. Report any security concerns immediately. Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property for guest safety and property security. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest areas. Guests may not tamper with, cover, unplug, or disable exterior cameras, Wi-Fi equipment, smoke detectors, pool safety equipment, or other safety devices. 9. Damages, Missing Items & Towels: Please report any damaged, broken, lost, or missing items promptly. Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, pet-related damage, smoking remediation, or excessive cleaning. Damaged or missing towels may be charged at $25 per towel. 10. Trash: Trash must be bagged and placed in the designated outdoor bins. Please follow the posted trash and recycling instructions during your stay. 11. Grill Use: Please use the grill safely and turn it off after each use. 12. Checkout: Before checkout, please lock all doors and windows, turn off lights, place trash in the outdoor bins, return remotes/game items to their original location, and notify us of any damage or issues before departure.
